After the resounding success of our 2023 and 2024 editions, the Chambre de Commerce et d'Industrie Franco-Indienne is thrilled to announce the 2025 edition of the French-Indian Young Talents Program! 🚀

🗓 Paris Session : April 6, 2025 (evening) to April 9, 2025 (evening)

🌍 Indian Session : November 16, 2025 (evening) to November 19, 2025 (evening), city TBC

🚀 Program Objectives: 

▶️ Build a strong and enduring alumni network of Franco-Indian Talents for the coming decades, having learned how to work together. 

▶️ Provide platforms for growth of leadership ability and opportunities in India and France to address tomorrow’s challenges .

▶️ Foster dialogue among Young Talents(35 and under) on important issues relevant to India, France, and the world.

▶️ Promote Cross-Cultural Understanding: Encourage participants to embrace and appreciate the cultural diversity of both India and France.

✒️ Eligibility:

▶️ Candidates should be under 35 years old, with a minimum of 5 to 10 years of professional experience

▶️ French & Indian nationals demonstrating exceptional talent in any sector.

▶️ We seek individuals with a genuine passion for fostering robust Franco -Indian relations

▶️ French nationals should have an existing connection to India (e.g., prior studies, experience as a VIE, or work experience with an Indian company). Similarly, Indian nationals should demonstrate ties to France (e.g., prior studies, professional experience in a French company, or a similar connection).

▶️ Selected candidates will be invited to attend both sessions, in France and in India, with flights, accommodation and meals (breakfast, lunch and group dinners) covered.

▶️ A contribution of €200 will be requested from each selected participant

🤝 Selection Process: Conducted with the pro bono support of Positive Moves, a reputable Indian executive search firm, and member of the Chamber.
